Although sun protection can protect against future damage of the décolleté area, Dr. Yagoda offers the following treatments that address current problems including crepey skin, wrinkling, uneven texture, loss of elasticity, and age spots:

IPL

IPL (intense pulsed light) treatments can be used on the chest and neck as well as the face to improve sun damage, brown spots, spider angiomas, and uneven color.

(Krypton is a kind of "noble gas," not Superman's home planet.) Unlike conventional IPL therapy that uses xenon lamps, Clareon uses krypton to optimally target blood and melanin for better results with less energy. Peels

A peel rejuvenates the skin by improving texture, color,and tone.  In fact, it can tighten the skin up to 30%. Peels improve common skin conditions such as acne, age spots, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, and sun damage. Glycolic, salicylic, alpha- and beta-hydroxy peel are considered "lunchtime peels" because there is no downtime involved. A chemical solution, usually an acid derived from a natural source such as fruit, milk, or sugar cane, is applied to the face, neck/décolleté, and/or back to 'peel' away the top layers of the epidermis. Medium-depth peels with solutions like TCA, Jessners,and Phenol are used to treat more pronounced conditions. Typically, recovery time with these peels ranges from 5-10 days.  Read more about peels.
