As an MD, Dr. Yagoda appreciates the healing properties of both traditional medicine and alternative therapies. She works to provide the best of Western science with the most effective healing approaches from around the world, including Eastern and indigenous practices, herbal and other plant-based remedies, massage therapy, and homeopathic cures.

Dr. Yagoda recognizes that holistic and natural therapies, such as Arnica, an herbal remedy for swelling, or Alkalol, a nasal wash for the sinuses, can often be as effective as conventional Western options such as surgery or prescription medication, with the added benefit of lowered risk and fewer side effects.
