This is a 65 year-old gentleman after MOHs reconstruction the nose. He presented with a defect from MOHs resection of a basal cell carcinoma. The MOHs reconstruction was a rhomboid rotational flap.

This is a 65 year-old gentleman after MOHs reconstruction the nose. He presented with a defect from MOHs resection of a basal cell carcinoma. Reconstruction was with a rhomboid rotational flap. Note: The nose is not deformed; when the flap is properly planned and oriented, the nostril creases to no have to be disrupted.
