Tr-EYE-umph! Non-surgical Eyelid Lift in Manhattan, New York

The Tr-EYE-umph! is Dr. Yagoda’s three-step, non-surgical, total eyelid rejuvenation technique in New York City. It raises the upper lid, erases brow lines, diminishes crows’ feet, gets rid of lower eyelid “bags” and evens out eyelid skin color—all without downtime, scars, or anesthesia. You can have the procedure done on your lunch hour and be back at work the same day. In fact, some of Dr. Yagoda’s celebrity patients have been known to attend events and premiers the very same evening!

    The Procedure

    1. Dr. Yagoda uses Botox or Dysport to elevate a drooping brow, to lift the upper eyelids, to erase “worry” and “frown” lines, and to soften the crows’ feet.
    2. Dr. Yagoda uses an injectable filler to eliminate the hollows under the eyes, plump up the tear troughs (the pathway tears travel), and restore the volume in the space between the lower eyelid bags and the upper cheek.
    3. To rejuvenate the skin around the eye, Dr. Yagoda (based in Manhattan, New York) uses the new Clareon Intense Pulsed Light Laser (IPL) with patented krypton technology. The IPL treatment reduces brown spots, spider veins, and broken capillaries.

Although the results of the Tr-EYE-umph! can be truly spectacular, there are patients for whom a surgical eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) might be a better choice. The results of a non-surgical procedure, no matter how innovative, are temporary. While results from the Tr-EYE-umph! are immediate, you will have to maintain your results with repeated treatments. Over time, this can make the initially less expensive non-surgical option more costly than the surgical solution, which has the added benefit of providing lasting results.
